Theresa began her work in massage and wellness more than 25 years ago. She started her career in Sedona, AZ, working on the red rocks. In Camp Verde, AZ, she worked with a chiropractor developing the massage and physical rehabilitation program. Her connections helped her broaden her experience in massage and wellness throughout the Verde Valley, which included developing specialized therapies for horses and other animals.

Theresa graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, AZ. She has completed 51 credit hours in the Professional Massage Therapy Program and has since taken numerous continuing education courses. Theresa helped develop Arizona's tobacco cessation program using wellness strategies at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in conjunction with Arizona Family & Community Medicine and Cortiva Institute in Tucson, AZ. 

Her passion for wellness focuses on helping relieve pain associated with daily life, trauma, accidents, and injuries. Theresa's vast experience includes various massage modalities such as Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, Postpartum Recovery, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular, and Aromatherapy. Theresa has worked with doctor's treatment plans to improve post-surgical outcomes. She welcomes the opportunity to customize a session that fits your individual needs.
